Once Upon A Leash presents… “Education For Fido”

Once Upon a Leash will be offering Beginner Obedience Classes. In our Beginner obedience class, dogs and owners will get the opportunity to learn proper pet dog behaviors and how to stop and prevent unwanted behavior. Dogs will also learn all necessary exercises required by the American Kennel Club to earn the “C.D”, or Companion Dog title. This is an ideal class for dog owners who want better mannered pets or may even be interested in earning formal obedience titles.Instructor Sandi Stephenson* has over 25 years of experience, as well as multi-titled dogs of her own.

Training methods that are used are positive reinforcement rather than compulsion and force. All classes provide informational handouts and homework sheets.
